Working together closely with artists and artistic institutions is a particular concern of Schaustelle Schaustelle. BauSchau sees itself as an interface between the university environment and the public galleries and would like to offer young artists a platform for trying out. The BauSchau team regularly visits the university showrooms (Rundgänge) to look for young talents who are invited afterwards to a solo exhibition at BauSchau Essen.

Solo exhibitions

We are also happy to receive artist applications for solo exhibitions. Projects can be finished or emerging. Furthermore, it is possible to submit funding applications to various institutions together with Baustelle Schaustelle e.V. in order to realize an exhibition.
